The Dumbing Down of the Smartphone
I am seeing a rather disturbing trend in some of the newest high-end Android phones: the lack of a microSD slot. In particular, the Galaxy Nexus and HTC One X lack this venerable feature.
My question is why. Why remove a feature which has been standard in high end phones for the past five years? The microSD card is a good thing! It allows users to store our music, videos and pictures on it...
